Training Facilitator IV

RANGE POSITION DESCRIPTION -- Executes all aircrew Standardization, Evaluation, and training functions for over 70 military, civilian, and contractor personnel in various aircrew positions to include pilots, weapons systems officers, non-rated aircrew, and flight surgeons for over four aircraft MDS of multiple variants to include foreign military sales programs. Generates, processes, tracks, and reviews aircrew Flight Evaluation Folders (FEFs), flight evaluation paperwork (e.g. Form 8, Form 8A), training folders, gradebooks, grade sheets, currencies, squadron qualification documentation (LOX), and dual qualification documentation (Form 80s) for assigned, attached, and associated aircrew. Conducts daily reviews of aircrew records. Develops weekly aircrew standardization/evaluation and training event requirements and priorities. Works with squadron, wing, and MAJCOM personnel to ensure ground and flight events are scheduled and accomplished. Notifies aircrew of check ride eligibility zone and requirements, proctors aircrew testing. Analyzes experience levels of new aircrew members, recommends acceptance of prior qualifications to the Director of Operations. Develops aircrew training plans and grade sheets from basic aircraft qualifications through mission qualifications for multiple aircraft MDS, aircraft variants, and flight test programs. Monitors MAJCOM training allocations, identifies required resources and coordinates funding to accomplish required training for squadron aircrew. Maintains flight manual and flight information publication compliance for all squadron aircraft to include Foreign Military Sales programs. Ensures correct ordering, receipt, distribution, and destruction of flight manuals (approx. 110 checklists), flight information publications, and electronic flight bags. Monitors Technical Order website for checklist updates, reviews and implements checklist changes, conduct list of effective pages (LEP) checks for all squadron aircraft. Ensures squadron standardization and compliance with AFI guidance on the development of modified flight manuals. Coordinates with squadron Modified Flight Manual personnel to review and process associated paperwork. Coordinates with squadron Mission Planning personnel to ensure current flight information publications on mission planning systems. Generates, reviews, and releases Flight Crew Information Files. Knowledgeable & proficient in MS Office, MS SharePoint (required); Knowledgeable & proficient in Center Ops On-Line (COOL), Center Scheduling Enterprise (CSE), Electronic Technical Information Manuals (eTIMS) (desired). 4-6 years of flight operations experience to include standardization/evaluation and training experience is considered highly desired. Secret Security clearance. Provides support to the Squadron Director of Operations and Assistant Director of Operations.
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education or a technical discipline, and at least 10 years of job-related training experience. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in operating application software including word-processing and spreadsheet programs are required. The incumbent must possess planning/organizing skills, must be able to work under deadlines, and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Incumbent must possess a valid State driver's license. Must qualify for and maintain a Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
