Industrial Security Analyst

Northrop Grumman is seeking anIndustrial SecurityAnalyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located at Edwards AFB, California.

Individual will be responsible for all aspects of program security with special emphasis on Personnel Security, Indoctrinations, Debriefings, and coordination with leadership.
Responsibilities include:
+ Apply government regulations relevant to the protection of classified information and equipment
+ Prepare Standard Operating Procedures for handling, storing, and protecting classified information and assets
+ Maintain classified container program by conducting safe inspections, scheduling safe maintenance, to include issuing and changing combinations
+ Assist the Top Secret Control Officer with program management and inventory
+ Facilitate personnel access to the site via applicable databases
+ Coordinate with government agencies for badges and facility access to restricted areas
+ Conduct courier training and prepare classified packages for transport
+ Coordinate with off-site locations to verify and catalogue receipt of transported records and assets
+ Conduct security education classes, audits, briefings, and debriefings
+ Prepare equipment approval memorandums for Customer signature
+ Assist with COMSEC account management
+ Coordinate alarm custodian training, maintain alarm equipment, system testing and issue PIN codes
+ Investigate security violations and prepare reports for submission to the Customer
+ Assist with Cyber Security functions to include virus scanning media
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor'sDegreeand 3 years of Industrial Security experience or Master's degree and 1 year or 7 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
+ Experience with DoD Manuals for Special Access Programs (SAP), ICD 704 & 705, JAFAN and NISPOM
+ Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24/7 and 365 days a year
+ Must be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport and be willing to accept customer furnished quarters for a period up to 120 days away from primary work location
+ Must meet medical requirements for worldwide travel
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
+ Ability to perform daily tasks with minimal oversight and problem solve in an efficient, security-minded manner, while recognizing when to defer to management
+ Active Top Secret clearance required
+ Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Personnel Security program experience
+ Familiarity with the policies and procedures for classified document marking, protection, storage, transmittal, and destruction
+ Experience drafting, maintaining and interpreting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Security Plans, and Concept of Operations documents
+ Skilled in providing security-relevant training and briefings
+ Experience with drafting and managing Fixed Facility Checklists
+ COMSEC experience to include equipment and key inventory and management
+ Excellent interpersonal communication skills, proactive, and possesses excellent problem solving and organizational skills
+ Demonstrated ability to be a team player
+ Ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet iterative deadlines
+ SCI eligibility

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
