Quality Analyst Senior Candidate will coordinate all quality processes associated with the F-35 Flight Test Maintenance Modification and Repair at Edwards AFB CA. o This includes performing data analysis on key quality performance measures. o Candidate will support F-35 ITF quality leadership on quality process management, improvement, execution and oversight. o This includes but not limited to:
Program Quality Management Plan, Process Surveillance plan and Government Flight Representative Approved Aircraft Ground Operations procedures. o Individual will also perform process surveillance audits, ensure process compliance, and ensure floor level inspectors are equipped with technical support as needed. o Position is subject to short duration deployments and business trips, and shift rotations. o Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access. o Interim Secret Clearance required to start. A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience. Qualifications:
o Fighter Aircraft Systems and Operations experience needed. o Aircraft Maintenance & Quality background o Fluent in MS Office/MS Excel for trending and analytics Desired Skills:
o 6 years hands-on working experience as 7 or 9 skill level mechanic discipline (USAF) or MATMEP 4 (USMC), CDI/CDQAR/QAR (USN) or equivalent o Experience/training investigating Aircraft Ground Incidents/Mishaps. o F-35 Quality and Maintenance experience o Strong interpersonal Skills & Leadership skills o Strong Written & Verbal Communications o Fluent in USAF Requirements o Culture of Accountability knowledge o Knowledge of DCMAI 8210 requirements o Able to effectively navigate USAF requirements AS9100/9110 o Able to navigate F-35 JTD o Experience using ALIS o Auditing experience a plus.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
