Reporting to the VP, Technical Sales & Research & Development, the Customer Technical Sales Manager improves our most important relationship - the one with customers. How? Qualifications:
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Food Science preferred Years of
Experience:

years related experience Bilingual, French and English considered an asset; Solid understanding of food processing/manufacturing environment; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral; Ability to interact and achieve results with all levels of the organization; Strong time management and organization skills; Key
Responsibilities:
Assist Sales team in acquiring business through developing new products or adequately aligning production to match existing market product; Lead and Manage customer projects, including quality and consistency projects addressing product concerns; Facilitate Supplier ingredient training; Manage partnership with Research & Development, adjust product specification and communicate production expectations for new products or making changes to existing products as needed; Act as liaison between key stakeholders, including sales, operations and research & development regarding projects. Facilitate technical sales training for Sales team and Customers; Manage and supervise plant trials for new and existing products, including coordination of test runs We appreciate your interest in our company however only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
